
NAWA, a startup leading eco-friendly technology innovation, and Growith, an innovation-focused company working toward a sustainable future, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation.
The agreement was signed at the Future Mobility Sustainable Development Forum, held at the Grand Ballroom (1F) of Sono Belle Cheonan. Both companies operated exhibition booths at the event, where they introduced their technologies.
NAWA develops eco-friendly smart trash bins and provides solutions to waste management issues through technology that washes, sterilizes, dries, and compresses disposable cups. The system has been successfully piloted at multiple educational institutions, including Seoul National University of Science and Technology, Jeju National University, and Korea University Sejong Campus, demonstrating the company’s efforts to achieve both environmental protection and technological innovation.
Growith is developing an autonomous fountain system, PaDO, aimed at improving water quality environments. The company provides water quality monitoring and eco-friendly solutions through AI-based algal bloom prediction services and data analysis technologies. Under the motto “Grow with,” Growith researches innovative technologies for a sustainable future, with environmental protection and technological innovation as its core values.
Through this agreement, the two companies plan to strengthen mutual cooperation and technical exchange, and to continue discussions and collaboration for the advancement of eco-friendly technologies and mutual growth.
