8.2 After Payment: Cancellation and refund policies are subject to Section 9 (Refunds and Returns).

8.3 Scope Changes: Changes to project scope after work has begun may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. We will provide updated estimates for your approval.

9. Refunds and Returns

9.1 Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital services and custom software development, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

9.2 Service Failures: If we fail to deliver Services as agreed, you may be entitled to a refund or compensation. We will work with you to resolve issues before considering refunds.

9.3 Cancellation Rights: Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to cancel within a certain period (e.g., 14 days in the EU). Contact us to exercise this right.

9.4 Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days to your original payment method.

9.5 No Refunds for:

  • Services already rendered or deliverables provided
  • Custom work that has been substantially completed
  • Damage or loss caused by user error or misuse
  • Change of mind after service delivery

10. Intellectual Property Rights

10.4 Restrictions: You may not:

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, epidemics, pandemics, internet or telecommunications failures, or supplier failures.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

20. Entire Agreement
