At the Physical AI University (Graduate) Student Startup Competition, 12 teams from across the country participated, presenting technology-based startup ideas.

The Growith team from Kongju National University won the Grand Prize after proposing an autonomous floating fountain system designed to improve water quality.

The 2025 World Robo Festa attracted attention as a technology convergence platform that organically connected entrepreneurship, investment, education, and hands-on experience, going beyond a simple competition. In addition to startup IR sessions and entrepreneurship competitions, a wide range of associated programs were operated, including an International Youth Robot Competition, a Robot & Mobility Technology and Promotion Exhibition, Tech Connect Chungnam 2025, an online and offline exhibition market titled “SHOW & SELL,” AI-based experiential exhibitions, and briefings on government-supported programs. The event was run as an open technology festival in which residents, companies, and students could all participate together.
